- 90% inbound sales
- Deal Size: $4k+ average contract value
- Close rate: 35/40%
- Sales cycle: 20 days from lead to closing (1-4 touches)
- Ideal Customer Profile: CMO / E-commerce manager of a $1M-$50M DTC brand on Shopify, scaling fast
- Ambitious yet realistic quota
Responsibilities
- Conduct product discovery calls to prospective brands interested in Polar Analytics
- Drive close rate of trial users, by deeply understanding and empathizing with their needs, and matching these objectives with the product value propositions
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key people within marketing and eCommerce teams, including end-users and executives/decision-makers
- Relentlessly (But not pushy) follow-up, always helpful and fresh (Emails & Slack)
- Act as the voice of the customer, communicating needs or feature requests internally to influence the product roadmap
